We enjoyed every moment of the stay, very nice experience. Gary was the best host ever. It had a stunning and wonderful setting just off farms and animals, friendly owners and animals too, ferry and all the attractions.

It has quiet setting close to everything in Giants Causeway area. Has extremely comfy beds, everything fairly clean.

The location was ideal, surrounded by the peaceful countryside and within easy reach of beautiful beaches and attractions. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the patio, overlooking the charming farm animals. Despite a minor squeaky bed and the presence of friendly animals, these were negligible aspects that did not impact our overall experience. The hosts, Rhonda and Gary, were wonderful and strike the perfect balance between attentiveness and privacy. We can confidently say that our stay at The Nook @ Rowan Tree Cottage was perfect and we only wish we could have stayed longer. we highly recommend this accommodation.

I had an amazing trip staying at this lovely accommodation in the countryside. the location was perfect for me, as it allowed me to enjoy the peacefulness and beautiful views of the farm animals during breakfast. its proximity to various attractions made it very convenient for exploring different places within a reasonable distance. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, striking the perfect balance between being available when needed and respecting my privacy. the self, contained apartment provided a cosy and comfortable atmosphere, with all the necessary amenities, including a well, equipped kitchen. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having breakfast items, including delicious eggs from the free, range hens, available for me. Cycling around the serene country roads and visiting the charming coastal villages added to the therapeutic experience. I cannot wait to return for another stay. The decoration at The Nook was absolutely charming, with floral wallpaper and vintage-style furniture that reminded me of my youth. It created a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the ample seating options throughout. As a senior person, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with no stairs to climb and good handrails in the bathroom. It was comforting to know that the children working there were aware of the needs of older guests like myself.

Perhaps for a better vacation for senior people, it would have been helpful to have some additional signage around the hotel. Sometimes, I found myself getting a bit disoriented trying to navigate my way to the breakfast area or back to my room.

our recent stay at the nook in ballymoney was even better than before! rhonda and gary welcomed us with open arms and provided everything we needed, from a thoughtful food pack to beach towels. the cleanliness was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. it was the perfect peaceful retreat, with plenty to do nearby. highly recommended!

I had a blast hiking and cycling in the area, and I even got complimentary parking! The airport is conveniently close too, in case I needed to escape from all the fun. Thanks for the adventure!

Oh, and I just loved how far the Giants Causeway visitors centre was from the property. Such a refreshing walk!
